World Premier!

The Gentleman receives top reviews at the Theater 1023 unavailing of the critically acclaimed (once again by yours truly) film, exceeding the expectations of all including the many geniuses behind the creation of the film.

In short, the teacher and most of the student's from our class really enjoyed the film. They laughed more than most of us who put the film together did before we presented it to the class. Professor Carroll was really impressed with Mckay's acting ability, having never acted before in his life. He did a fantastic job expressing the feelings and thoughts of his character without saying more than two or three words throughout the complete course of the film. Another great mention was Ahmed. Everyone loved the three short moments he was on the screen with his one take glances! For honorable mention, at least by McKay  was the first real time editing skills of your's truly. Professor Carroll and some additional students were also impressed with my editing choices. If you haven't seen it yet, check it out here on my blog, or straight from YouTube itself.

The Gentleman a Thea 1010 production

"Desperate for the attention of the beautiful Damsel, a young college student exerts all his powers in an effort to be noticed. Time after time he tries only to be noticed like a breeze filtering through the trees."
Watch the critically acclaimed (by yours truly) film that is gripping the nation and stealing the hearts of millions. A Theater 1010 production staring Mckay larsen, Melissa Leavitt and Ahmed Alshammari. I bring you The Gentleman.

This was our class project for Intro to film (thea 1010) It was a ton of fun and stressful at the same time. All the people involved included the stars as i mentioned above and a few other cast and crew: Alex Salois was our declared producer, Emma Pasley was our director, Oceane Bruneau was our makeup specialist, Gabe Olsen was the screenplay write, and I (Tyrell Jones) was the Editor. Mckay also played a role as the location scout and Ahmed was our casting director.
We learned alot more about filmmaking than any of us had understood before. In our first attempt to film the scene back at the apartment, we didn't relize how many shots we would really need to be able to edit the film in a way that created continuity  we had to re-shoot the whole scene a second time. Gratefully the footage from the second shooting was much better so now you get the masterpiece displayed on the screen. Mckay, Emma and myself took a good number of hours working to piece together all of the shots in a way that would tell a great story. We all enjoyed the film and i hope you did too.
